CHICKEN SPICY WINGS


Chicken spicy wings
The Alias Picantes, are truly an essential part of the charcoal grills, accompanied by a casabe and other meats and roasted corn.

In order to obtain some delicious Wings with a great picantico, it is good to have the necessary ingredients to season them to such an extent that the desire to continue tasting another one is left.

   













For this we need:

1- Ground Oregano.
2- Juice of Orange or lemon.
3- Liquid seasoning.
4- Garlic ground
5- from two to three Casabe cake.

To give it the picantino touch, you can choose to put Pepper or chilli picantinos or whichever you prefer. You can also put tabasco sauce according to your palate.

Once the ingredients are obtained, they are placed in a container and the previously prepared and peeled ingredients are added.

Note: It is recommended to keep the seasoned Alitas at rest for at least 45 minutes so that you can taste the ingredients.

After the rest, there is nothing left but to put them on the grill and be an expert on the grill, brown them until they are crispy and tasty in the style of  De Parrillada.

BBQ Pork Chop

One of the meats mostly included in the grilled pork chops... Its preparation is varied and is set to the taste of those who savor the meat on charcoal grill.

Ingredients:


1- Pork Shop. (pounds needed)
2- Pownder seasoning.
3- Garlic duly mashed.
4- Salt and black pepper.
5- Orange juice.
6- Ground oregano. 

Preparation: 


1. Take a container where you can place the meat and ingredients mentioned above. according to the amount of meat, you add.

2. Separate the meat in a large bowl and add seasoning powder (chicken stock if you prefer), pestle the garlic well ground, two to three teeth according to each 4 pounds of meat.

3. Place four or five pinches of salt ("to taste"), and black pepper. You also place the oregano considerable amount

4. one orange juice rate or half lemon rate.

Note: it is preferable to leave the meat a few hours before resting to absorb the ingredients, after lighting the charcoal grill.


After all, you just have to be an expert on the grill and brown them to the desired point ... A social drink and a meal ...
